Super 8 Review – Clean, Comfortable Stay with One Major Drawback I recently stayed at the Super 8 while visiting family in the Bronx, driving up from Northern Virginia. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean—from my room and bathroom to the shared areas. I especially appreciated how clean and welcoming the breakfast room was. Even when breakfast wasn't being served, it remained open as a relaxing space to unwind, which was a great touch. I stayed on the 8th floor and loved the view—definitely a highlight of the trip. The service was also great, and the staff made sure everything was well maintained. However, the biggest downside was parking. It took me nearly an hour to find a space nearby, which was very frustrating after a long drive. I was surprised and disappointed that there were no designated parking options for out-of-town guests, especially those staying for several days like I was. That said, aside from the parking issue, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this Super 8 for its cleanliness, service, and comfort.

It was fine. Good value for the money. Very clean and well lit. Close walk to subway and us lines and concourse plaza is at the corner meaning there are plenty of fast food options. If you are not accustomed to the Bronx then it might be a little shocking, honestly, but it’s fine.

The options for breakfast are really limited. Anyway, they have a microwave, a coffee machine, and juice all day for guests.
