Toilet was old and need to clean

Our overall stay was ok.

However, a few points could be considered for future improvement: It was a heavy downpour during our visit. After getting drenched in the rain and entering the room, we noticed there was no provision for a door mat, which made it inconvenient to keep the space clean. The pillows provided were not comfortable. Though we had confirmed the availability of hot water, it was not accessible early in the morning. Despite informing the reception, no solution was provided, and all of us, including the child, had to bathe in cold water. Cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed a couple of cockroaches near the cot and flies in the washroom. Although a kettle was available in the room, stirrers or sticks to mix beverages were not provided. All of the above points were brought to the attention of the receptionist during our stay. We hope these are taken into consideration to enhance the guest experience in the future.

Could not avail as we had to leave at 6 am

After check out transport to the railway station was not available at 6 am. We had to pull our luggage up to the main road which might have be around 300 mtrs from the hotel. Inquired at the reception whether they could arrange any transport, the response was negative. This is a very big short-come of the property. As food is not served here we were told that Zomato / Swiggy was the option. As we were on pilgrimage and did not want to risk ordering from non-veg serving restaurants. Luckily there was a pure veg resturant on the main road (300 odd mtrs). In the afternoon we walked up the restaurant for our lunch. You could consider some arrangement for such veg restaurants. The staff at the check in time were very courteous. The house keeping staff were too very good.

Much better than room and facilities

Plz tell us to provide a good wash basin system in the toilet. The present system is outdated, and not fit for a reputed brand stay accommodation. Now, its finished on anglers, with almost cursive, and may harm full for guest. More, the management should provide break fast and other amenities on time., As u know, its litile far, from the main road, so, they have to arrange minimum, facilities like, chilled water and other refreshments, with a payment option, will help the guest.. in future.
