Wonderful hotel- clean and smelled new! Felt safe staying there with my four children for the weekend.

Great property, but the heater were not shut off in my room and I had to change rooms. Everything else is outstanding.

I liked the property because it was brand new! The design elements were so nice! Staff were friendly. As long as the hit remains well maintained, it will be a great place to stay!

I have stayed at this particular hotel a multitude of times. Never had any issues till now. The hotel is very clean and well kept. However the staff that was on duty this time were improperly trained. They charged me a second time after paying for the room through Expedia. After I brought it to their attention I received the manager is the one that can fix it. Then they proceeded to tell me the manager won’t be in until 3pm 4 hrs after I would have to check out. I actually returned after my meeting to speak with the manager. I was told he wasn’t available however they were working on it. Tomorrow calling their main headquarters as no one has gotten back with me still…probably not staying here again
