Close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

The location was extremely convenient to the beach. We attempted to camp out, as we do so often, however, the mosquitos were extremely aggressive so we made the decision to pack up and stay locally. The front office manager was a gem! We were running a bit late checking in and she contacted us and waited until we arrived to give us a warm greeting and check us in. We requested a king size room, which was graciously granted. The room ac was functional down to 66 degrees which is great after a long day at the beach in the warm sun. The pillows and bed were extremely comfortable and warm.

Despite the warm greeting from the staff, comfortability of the bed and convenient location, the facilities were not so great, honestly, making the stay extremely uncomfortable and extremely disappointing. The caulk in the bathroom was cracking, leaving pieces of caulk in the tub and due to the cracking and humidity, the shower head was flimsy and falling out of the wall. There were multiple spots of roaches, yes, roaches, on the floor, in the shower, and one ended up inside our cooler, and the property was contacted in this regard. The television had smears of a “grease like substance” all over the screen. Again, pictures were sent to the front office staff in this regard. There are dissembled appliances in the grass outside and pieces of old wood sticking out of the stairs.

Perfect location, close to Camp Margaritaville where we went to a concert. Very clean & updated rooms. Staff was friendly. Easy to get into room. I would stay here again.

We arrived at the property late, and the door wouldn't open. I called their number but didn't get an answer initially. However, when I called again, someone picked up. He arrived quickly after we hung up, and we realized that the door just needed to be pushed hard to open. Even though it was Labor Day weekend, the location was quiet, which was nice. I love that it’s a pet-friendly hotel, but I wish there had been a broom in the room to help clean up the sand. I spoke with Abro and Ms. Rocio on the phone, and they were both very nice, but I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person.one, and they were both very nice, but I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person.

Stains on the bed, the toilet stayed stopped up the whole time, no curtins so the bright light outside streamed right the full night, no accomidations whatsoever. Very disappointed overall.

We loved that the rooms were so close to the beach.

Close to all the bar and everybody's was so friendly! It was Close to the beach also!
