Scammed, don't book via Booking.com or fabhotels. I booked, got confirmation and everything but after reaching there for check-in they didn't have rooms. I called to the property number no response. The guy at the reception was happy to sell for 1 ,2 hours for couples (well, you got what I mean about couples). The reception guy was yelling with Fabhotels or to booking.com but he was saying that I didn't open for rooms and this was the problem of Fabhotels which I later got invoice, I didn't get rooms or I stayed in this property. Complete scam, don't book 😒 I am still waiting my money back which I am not sure 🤔

The price was very very high. The room smell was very bad. No air circulation inside the hotel as it is situated inside a mall.

Because the staff and the place seemed sketchy and there was a very unsafe feeling from the place throughout.

Location.

Broken bad, flush not working in bathroom, no hot water in bath. My booking had breakfast but their was neither option for breakfast neither amenities or dining area for it. Only thing which they served is tea for which I give 1 point

Staff is supportive.

Cleanliness and beed sheets not good, Only book if less than ₹1200, room not worth ₹2360 which I payed.
