"Very disappointed."

I was very disappointed. The guy barely spoke English, he couldn’t understand anything I was saying, he ended up losing his master key card and there was another very sketchy guy that looked like he stole it and I couldn’t even sleep because I was worried that guy was going to be able to get into my room. Also the doors slammed very loud and every time anyone left their rooms it would wake up the entire floor. Also it’s very, very bright in the room, and there’s too much space between the floor and the door, so a lot of light from the hall comes in as well as as noise.
