Some of the staff directly approach for tips in an unabashed manner . Which is quite annoying !

Nice breakfast buffet came with my booking. the staff in all cases was helpful. One dinner through room service was also very good. Prices are higher than many other places, but this was probably the nicest place I have stayed at in India, although I do not stay in lots of nice places!

Really nothing comes to mind.

CHEATER ON BEHALF OF BREAKFAST. A WAS GIVING ORDER OF BREAKFAST IN MY ROOM , THE ROOM SERVICE SAID THAT YOUR BREAKFAST IS COMPLIMENTRY AND HAVE THE SAME AT BUFFET. I TOOK THE BREAKFAT AT BUFFET. AFTER 1 HOUR THEY ASKED TO SIGN THE BREAKFAFT BILL OF BUFFET OF SINGLE PERSON i.e. 900+gst. IF MY BREAKFAST WAS NOT COMPLIMENTERY , I WAS ALREADY ORDERING FOR BREAKFAST IN MY ROOM OF MY OWN CHOICE. CHEATERS

We did not have breakfast, but the facilities were good . There were some issue in toilet which was fixed quickly . Rest were all very good . Would love to stay again .

"Passable"

The bathroom door could not be locked and there was no shower gel in the tubes. We had to complain and than they changed our room.
