Our cabin stay at the cozy black bear retreat was FABULOUS! The cabin was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. K-cups, water, cozy bath robes and Roku TV. The host was quick to respond when I had the old code upon arrival. The views were breathtaking. She even had train maps and local restaurant menus. Can't wait to go back!
This was a great place to stay for visiting the park. Loved getting into the hot tub after a full day of hiking and the house was very clean. Our only issues were that the WiFi wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch tv at night, knives in the kitchen are so dull it was hard to cut a bell pepper, and the furniture and beds/ pillows were not comfortable. We loved the yard for birding. There is a steller’s jay nesting nearby and we saw lot of Ravens, sparrows, swallows, finches and warblers. Really loved sitting on the beautiful deck in the morning watching and listening for them.
