Very upset with the communication of this rental. I booked this rental for a weekend getaway with the family. I received an email a couple of days ahead of the booking reminding me of my trip and that I was all set. Then on check in day, I realized that I needed the check in information. I sent a message through the app to the renter. The response was "it may take a few days for the property to get back with you" so I called the number on the response. The operator then tried to look up my booking using my itinerary number that was sent to my email, my name, and my email address and she could not find my booking with any of them. She then asked me to confirm the location, which I did, and she said that it had been booked by someone else for different dates. I had to scramble and find another place to stay at the last minute. I still have not received an answer back from the messaging app and it has been over a week now. Hotels.com still thinks I stayed here because it is now asking me to review. The only good thing out of this is that it doesn't look like it has charged me. Let's hope it stays that way since they rented it out to someone else.
