'breeze By the Pool' Chula Vista Home w/ Game Room

To start I got a welcome message offering an early check in. Which I immediately asked for and was denied. I was deceived by the picture of the hot tub. Property manager will not turn on the hot tub which is controlled remotely. The water was freezing. She offered to refund my money and said that it is stated in the advertising. I went to the website and saw nothing of the sort. But at this point we had nowhere else to go so decided to try to make the best of this situation. You must call or text the property manager to turn on and off the A/C which is also controlled remotely. Sign on the pantry which states “community pantry please enjoy” had only a small bowl of little Parmesan and red pepper packs from a pizza place. We’ve stayed at many vacations rentals and they usually have spices, oils and condiments. This place had nothing. A surveillance camera in the outside patio just felt so uncomfortable. This place was clean which was greatly appreciated.
