2 Mi to Coachella: Indio Getaway w/ Outdoor Oasis!

I booked this property for myself, my teenage son, 2 friends and their teenage children for a sports tournament nearby. The house was dirty with hair in the bathroom and mold on the walls and there was garbage scattered in the backyard. The neighborhood was noisy until close to midnight both nights of our stay, despite the noise ordinance and our call to the Property Contact. This property sleeps 6, not 9, as advertised. The teenagers slept on the floor on air mattresses we happened to bring. There is not a pool but rather a metal tub of cold, dirty water. After our stay, the Property Management company, Evolve Travel, refused to refund us for all of the issues we experienced - the noise, the dirty condition of the property, and falsely advertised amount of of sleeping space and amenities, even after sending photo and video documentation as they requested. There are plenty of other options in Indio, so book something, anything, else. We couldn’t leave this place fast enough.
