Santas Lodge and Resort

Good location. Could stand a few upgrades. Friendly staff

It was myself and 2 children. We were to check in at 3 arrived 2 hours early and were able to go ahead and check in. The kids wanted to swim and we spent 6 hours in the pool. The water was perfect inside. Outside it hadnt warmed up yet but had only been open 1 day so I expected that. The hotel is dated, but very clean. The only thing i wish i would have paid closer attention to and it was not the lodges fault was standard rooms do not have microwaves or mini fridges. We had breakfast the first day it wasnt the best it was cold, but we were late getting there. The second day it was much better but we arrived 2 hours sooner. The kids didnt want to go. We have season passes to holiday world and we just stayed at the hoteland swam. Loved it here

Never had a bad stay. Every time we check in I ask if Santa is on the premises, and they always deny it. I’m very suspicious…

Very old building in need of repairs. Travelocity ripped us off on the price we paid. No more Travelocity bookings.

It was amazing! The staff was very nice. Hotel was clean. The breakfast was great! The atmosphere is so great the decorations are cute. Nice clean shower. Great ac. Will stay again 100% Thank you for a great stay!

The property is dated which accounts for part of its charm, I could see this from the images before I arrived. I chose Santa’s lodge for it’s location and that it was Christmas themed.

This place is a hidden gem. Nothing fancy, limited amenities, and the off-season breakfast is basically just waffles and muffins. But it's clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the amusement park is right there. And Fat Santa's Pizza is next door and pretty good. Food service is kinda slow, but the solution to that is to order a pitcher of beer to drink while you wait, lol.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The atmosphere was great. The only issue was the jacuzzi had paint peeling.
