Idyllic Indio Oasis w/ Private Pool & Spa!

While the exterior of the house, including the heated pool and spa, lived up to expectations portrayed in the photos, several interior issues diminished the overall experience. My primary concern revolved around the back patio door leading to the pool area, lacking a lock and secured with a makeshift broom handle each night. The house displayed signs of neglect, particularly evident in the broken master ensuite door handle, unclean floors, and the need to address the bed comforters' hygiene, one of which emitted a strong urine smell, necessitating my first full day of laundry. Furthermore, the two extra cots in the ensuite closet lacked blankets and pillows, compounding the discomfort. Basic supplies such as laundry soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels were insufficient, leading to shortages during our stay. While the owner demonstrated willingness to address our concerns, the provided necessities only arrived one day before our departure. Despite the owner's efforts, the overall experience fell short, and I would hesitate to revisit unless assured of improved cleanliness, proper maintenance, and adequate provisioning.
