My sister and I enjoyed staying in this property. Very spacious, well-kept and nicely decorated. Older home and neighborhood but it is located on the bay which is absolutely beautiful. We even saw a dolphin. I have back issues so I can not sleep on a flat bed. Couch and loveseat recline. Very comfortable. I slept well. You can hear some traffic noise but only when outside. Inside was very quiet. Special touches to the home including outside porch swing, lanai, use of kayak and bicycles. Due to change in flight plans we arrived a day early. Brad was very accommodating and able to add an extra night to our reservation. Publix nearby...very convenient and I highly recommend Paradise Grill just next to Publix. Very good food and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for the beautiful accommodations, Brad. Waverly
Property was very nice, great location. In the waterway, dock had amazing views. Would def come back. Dave was an exceptional host.
