We went to escape Hurricane Milton for 2 nights so our visit was odd. During the first we received an alert to evacuate so we did. When i contacted Customer Support about checking out so they could lick the door and asked if there was any refund, they never replied. The washer and dryer were inaccessible due to lawn furniture piled in front.
