Property needed some attention, may have had a critter living under home very noisy. Cleanliness was needed in areas such as back yard and house needed some as well. needed some refills on missing items trash bags, laundry detergent, batteries in remotes. Utensils/pots/pans in kitchen need some updates, very used and undesirable to cook on.
