Nice and modern and well appointed. Very clean and cozy. Loved the proximity to Acadia Farms for coffee a few groceries and delicious biscuits. Easy ride to UNCSA and downtown Winston-Salem. There may have been a squatter living on the porch of the house next door. We weren't worried as we are big city people but other guests may feel uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay in WS.
