Charming 3BR 2BA Gem Close to Downtown Riverwalk

Very Clean

Problems with plumbing ,Bar next door ,Leak guest bathroom, Arrival day Couldn't get to the place Plumbing problems with guest toilet ,So was offered another place for 1 night ,Had to check out by 10 A.M. Could not unload luggage ,Next morning The Code Didn't work or the rest of the stay ,Every door the doors don't close ,Only 1 bedroom closes good ,The outside sensor lights too many too often on ,Cigarette butts all over the Gravel ,Which We cleaned some ,The main bedroom the Mattress has a Sink hole in the middle of it . Needs @ least a back porch cover .expected better ,communication sucked We could not get a hold of anyone ,So we just give up .I left the place better then we found it . Clean dishes, Beds stripped ,Garbage empty .

Great location for Riverwalk & downtown. Large parking area for easy access.

There were no curtain over blinds on back door leaving large gaps, made it akward, primary bedroom door wouldnt close completely, primary toilet kept having issues if someone was also showering. Its not the fault of the owner but the bar next door would get really wild & loud till after midnight.
