Just ok at best. HVAC was inadequate to cool down the small cabin, and would only begin to be comfortable by 3:00a.m. - there was no ac in bathroom and kitchen area, they were hot all the time. The shower in the bathroom was very slow to drain, and I was always having to dry off while standing in soapy water. No coffee included with the coffee maker; perhaps I was supposed to bring it and that may have been indicated in the listing. If it was, I missed it. I did call the property management office after hours, left a voicemail message, but never got a response. The pictures don’t paint the whole picture; the cabin sits in the backyard of a house, about 30’ away. That’s the sidewalk you see in the picture. Overall location was very good for my purposes - near town and hill country roads.
