The stay wasn’t bad. However on the listing of the property it states beach and pool access. I was in touch with the property owner 3 days prior to check in and the owner stated that he was having trouble getting guest access to beach and pool and it was an ongoing issue. One day prior to check in he confirmed he was unable to get access for us. I was traveling with 3 young children and the whole point of booking the property was because we would have access to the amenities. Because of that we had to scramble and find other things to do and pay even more money to entertain kids. I was upset with this, if you know you have issues with getting your guests access why advertise and tell them 3 days prior to check in that you cannot guarantee access. Obviously it’s to get bookings and leave people with an oh well. Pretty crappy if you ask me. The beds and pillows were hard as rocks. Other than that space was nice and home was clean and nice.
