Le voisinage même si nous n’avons pas eu de souci mais nous n’étions pas rassurés. Par ailleurs nous avons envoyé des mails car nous avons rencontré des problèmes avec le wifi et pour d’autres sujets, auxquels nous n’avons pas eu de retour!

I liked the location and how quiet the neighborhood was. The private parking was a plus for sure,super clean house.

I didn’t like the floors they were to spaced out I almost fell three times.

Did not get to stay because I got there after I paid for it in advance and someone was already staying there!

Great place have stayed here before

We were looking forward to being able to have a little more space and facilities than a hotel room would offer.

I was due to stay in mid March 2025. Driving to the property, the area didn’t have a nice feel to it and as we pulled up we were passed by a group of people of dirt bikes pulling wheelies. The neighbourhood and house had a somewhat rundown feel to it. It took us a moment to work out how to use the code to get in and on entering the property we were hit with an overwhelming and somewhat overpowering fragrance from the plug-in air fresheners. It is a simply furnished property with all of the essentials, but it is in no way luxurious. The two bedrooms were ok but the curtains are more to protect modesty rather than darken and not all windows (high-level) in the main bedroom had curtains. There is no way you’re sleeping beyond sunrise. Then came our first surprise as the front door opens and in walks a lady (presume owner or manager) and looks at us. A nervous hello got a ‘I don’t speak English’ response. Some google translate I informed her that we had booked the accommodation for 3 nights and she left and I re-locked the door after her. Shortly after she left we heard someone trying to open the door again. On looking at the door, there is no way to properly secure it, it you forget reset the lock then it remains and open door that anyone can walk through, and if someone has the code then nothing will stop them unlocking the and entering the property. I was travelling with my young daughter so the need to feel safe and secure, especially in an unknown area is paramount. With the feel of the neighbourhood, the large group in the area and the two front door incidents, my young daughter and I didn’t feel safe in the property so we left and booked into a hotel which cost significantly less, was more conveniently located in San Antonio and provided breakfast. I informed the owners and asked them to consider a refund. I am still waiting to hear back. I have raised a dispute with Booking.Com who have also raised a dispute with them and also have not heard anything back.

Quite surrounding area, felt safe. The location was only 10 minutes or so away from majority of San Antonio attractions. Super nice and helpful management made the stay easy.

I had no issues with the property.

Really loved the whole trip and place. Excellent deal and cute.

Needed better heating. It’s very cold weather and house very drafty.
