Chic Downtown Farmhouse With Garden and BBQ Grill

Our family booked in order to attend our airman's graduation from basic training. It was so nice for when he had his off base passes that we could do it in a family type atmosphere rather than a hotel room. It made our family time that much more special. The house was clean neat and everything was just wonderful.

Very nicely redone. Comfortable for our situation. Coffee shops within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.

Nothing really major. There was no hot water in the kitchen. There is another rental in the house that is accessed thru the back door, so it was a little concerning to hear people coming & going at the back of the house until we figured that out. The other guests couldn't access our living area, but it still would have been good to know about it.

The house itself is great - great community, clean, bright, warm rooms. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.

But one thing spoiled the whole experience - it turned out that there were other people living in the house with us, they went to their room through our living room and kitchen. And although they did not use anything except the laundry room, and did not cause us any inconvenience, this was not at all what we expected. When booking, it was not specified that we would have to share the house with other people. The owner left our question through the Booking messaging service unanswered.

Location was great. Easy access and great facilities. Had everything you need in a kitchen. Bathroom was good, rooms were also well equipped. Porch was lovely to sit on at night time.

The power to the dishwasher may need looking into - it would trip at the power switch and needed to be switched on at power board in order for it to work. I would also recommend a tea towel for the kitchen as the clean up instructions ask you to put away dishes before leaving (as opposed leaving clean dishes in the dishwasher before exiting - as a lot of other air bnbs request). This job is very difficult to do with only paper towels available. Also the property has another bnb room at the back of the house, which gives you a little bit of a fright when someone else turns up at the property.

We loved this cute little house for our stay while cheering on our favorite marching band at UIL State!! We were super excited to see bikes…until we realized there wasn’t air in the tires and couldn’t find a pump. lol. The walk to the Alamodome was quick and not too scary, even at night. We will hopefully be back again next year!

Fantastic and spacious bungalow with everything you need. Our trip was short but I wanted to stay longer just to enjoy it more. Well appointed Clean and convenient. We walked to our show at the Alamodome. About 20’m. Felt super safe too.

The place was great. Did not realize there would be other people staying in the house. A bit awkward when people walk in the back door and you are in the kitchen.

House was very cozy , clean, and near many food places to eat and quiet neighborhood. I enjoy my stay at this location. However I didn’t read where it said there is a back room rental inside this home. Had a few awkward moments but it all worked out. Overall it’s very nice and great service!!!! Friendly staff and fast to respond with any questions regarding the home rental.
