"It was a perfect getaway!!!!"

The property is extremely well maintained and the staff are super friendly. They offer a shuttle from Toba station which is incredibly helpful to get to the hotel. Another fun component was the ramen vouches given per guest to have at night which was a fun add on. The views are spectacular and the service is top notch.

"おしゃれ感はあるけどもうひといきかなー"

清潔。

大浴場のお湯がぬるいから温まらない。食事の時の机が朝、夕食時ベタついてた。美味しさ半減！部屋に仕切りのドアが無いから落ち着かない。

接客が親身になってくださった点。事前のオーダーも心がけてくださった。

床の段差が数センチの所が共用トイレと大浴場にある。ここが危ない。 あとは露天風呂のスペースが柱があって狭く感じる。 是非改善されてより良い施設にして頂きたい。
