Guest room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom usability is great. For shopping, Aeon is next to this hotel so quite convenient as well as for lunch/ dinner but price is reasonable.

Conveniently located next to the train station, mall and costco are well within walking distance, staff is courteous and helpful, room is well designed, and the fixtures are really nice. I look forward to staying here when I visit Japan again.

Hotel is an excellent price-value, one minute walk from a train station and and aeon mall. 35 minute train ride to Tokyo station. Property is brand new, checking in and out was easy and smooth. Rooms are spacious. Room cleaning service perfect. The only complain I have is towards staff service at the breakfast buffet. They were bad-tempered.

The staff is amazing. They would probably do cartwheels if you ask them. We had allergies in one of the rooms (we've stayed before without allergies) so we suggested if we can move, and they accommodated. They are super sweet. The mall is more like a mega-mall that it is adjacent to, and have endless opportunities to buy gifts as well as adore cute puppies and kittens. There are 3 parts to the mall, as well as Costco being in walking distance. Fun place, and local to Tokyo Disney/Sea. The train system is crazy confusing, so Maps was very handy. Will be back again in a few days.
