Here's the hotel experience: - Bed is as pictured a futon on the floor. - No aircon, only a small fan by the window - Only 1 toilet and shared sink - 2 shared showers on the basement floor We stayed at this hotel, on the ground floor, for the Fuji Rock Festival as it was the only place we could find from overseas near Echigo-Yazawa station where the shuttles are, really easy to get to the station in the morning by bus which was 230 yen per person (use google maps and search how to use the bus system) and taxi back at 11pm was around 2600 yen per trip (taxi was cash only!) Also scenery nearby is beautiful and the hotel was tidy. A step up from camping in a tent as there were no bugs in our experience and you're not exposed to the elements, but not by much.

This place is not for the faint of heart! - There is no bottled water to purchase on site and no vending machines or convi's nearby, we weren't keen on drinking from a somewhat rural water system - No towels, either instructions werent clear or none are offered which isnt convinient when travelling - Small clouded window on the door meant light from the lobby came in at night - Hotter in the room than outside or the lobby, but because of the rural setting no way of letting colder air in without bugs (perhaps they could get bug screens for the windows?) Also take it from us, do not walk here from the train station, the hour feels so long after a long day at the festival and the footpaths get a bit scary especially in the dark!

I locked my self out to my room and the stuff didn’t have a copy of the key .

I left 1 hour after checking in. The staff didn’t explain absolutely anything or showed me around, the room was extremely small there was only room for a small suitcase, the steps to the bed seemed like they were gonna break in half anytime and you could see that the bed and the entire place were not being cleaned often. After figuring out where the showers were i decided to leave, because I was supposed to stay more than one night. Showers were in the basement, it was extremely cold it smelled and the walls were falling apart due to the humidity. It literally looks like they just threw a bunch of beds in an abandoned place. I would not recommend it at all and I’m honestly shocked that this place is running and available in booking.

其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了

2/15当日、風呂も使用も使用できず！ホテルからは一切説明がなく。共同の風呂に行ったら湯船に水も入っていなかった。スキー場近くの宿だが乾燥室も故障していた。外国人向けの宿の様だが、日本人が宿泊するレベルには達していない。２度と泊まらない。

The staff was very helpful and pick me up from Echigo Yuzawa Train station.
