ほぼ無い

朝ごはん、バター出してるのに塗るヘラが無い、3500円取る割にレパートリー少なすぎる。 スタッフ、受け付け時まだチェックインできないと待たされたのにその後すぐ来た人は名前をすぐ聞いて部屋用意出来てるとか言って手続き出来るとか意味不明、その後すぐ待てと言われて待ってたと伝えたら部屋用意出来てるから手続きしてくださいって言われる始末。あなたの目の前で待てと言われてあなたの目の前で呼ばれるまで待ってたんですけどね！以上

函館山夜景バス ガイドさん・運転手さんのおもてなしの気持ちを感じた

おばあちゃんが一緒でしたが、年配の方が移動などしやすいバリアフリーは改善すべきだと感じました お年寄りが出すお金は図りしれないと思うので、その年代が満足出来ると次に繋がる (お風呂への階段を改善) 部屋のトイレはいいが、1階の不特定多数が使うトイレは除菌設備あるといい
