The staff at Snow Peak was extremely friendly and helpful! As I was travelling with my mother, the staff offered to have the dinner at one of the Tents instead of outside the cottage area due to the cold weather, which was very thoughtful. And when we wanted to explore the area, he offered to drive/pick up us to/from the shops/leisure area!!

the only thing perhaps was inconvenience is getting there - it'd be very helpful if a shuttle service can be offered; since the destination is slightly remote - we took the bus to the nearest but then we realized it was in the middle of a residence area and no taxi was in sight at all, and we had to call uber to send us to the hotel (despite it was only 7 minute drive). For the price we had paid, a shuttle service should be offered to give a good first impression at least.
