Location was very good and convenient for everything. Our room which was a Corner Twin Room was very nice.

The check-in procedure was difficult as the reception was not up to scratch. No drinking water was provided in the room, nor in the room in the corridor where the vending machine and ice were. The breakfast was mainly Japanese-style which was nice but it would have been better if there were also viennois and toast facilities and better coffee, instead of pouring it out yourselves from a thermos.

1) 地點好：飯店地點就在橫濱車站旁，出行方便，往返成田機場也可以直接搭成田特快 2) 機能佳：周圍百貨商場和餐廳選擇眾多，白天沒逛完，晚上可以繼續逛 3) 房間舒適：100分的整潔度，硬體新穎，空間以日本標準算是寬敞，衛浴與廁所分離設計，備品一應俱全

隱隱地聽得到一點火車聲，但隔音表現不錯，不會影響睡眠
