部屋が広々している上に清潔にされていてとても快適だった。

洗濯機が汚かったのが残念。糸屑フィルターが黒カビだらけで使用を戸惑うほど。ある程度清掃してから使った。洗濯機と乾燥機があったのはとてもありがたかった。 お風呂自体は綺麗ですが、追い焚き時にゴミが出てきたことが残念。 洗濯機とお風呂の清掃が行き届いていたら本当に素晴らしいと思います。

1階がすごく寒く感じました。暖房だけじゃなくヒータなどもあるとさらに良いと思いました。

We requested for a rice cooker and they immediately sent it within 10 minutes. Excellent service.

None but the price is a bit high due to seasonal rate.
