Fuji Yamanakako Hotel

I liked the traditional Japanese room experience. The room was spacious, and the futons were comfortable. The staff was very polite and kind. We were dropped off next door so it wasn't hard to find. We had access to the onsen on the property but we didn't get a chance to use it.

There wasn't much to do in the area. I was under the impression from the booking description that you could see Mt. Fuji from the room we booked but we had to walk out to the parking lot to see a bit of it. The room was run down. The a/c didn't work.

Hot spring, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed for 1 night and this was perfect. The staff were funny and very helpful. Our room was traditional so made for an interesting experience. The onsen was amazing.

Spacious, very friendly people running the place, they tried the best to help us even if there was some language barriers sometimes

The staff were incredibly friendly, and I personally liked that the hotel offers simple breakfast and dinner — perfect for those moments in a trip when you just want an easy, relaxing meal.
