スタッフさんの対応がすごく良かった 夕飯で食べたカレーも美味しく、子供に辛さも聞いてくれてありがたかった 素泊まりの方にはお勧めです また、利用したいと思います

お部屋にハンドソープがあると良かった 脱衣所にコロコロがあると助かります

The room was very clean, spacious, the staff were exceptional and very welcoming. The private bath was also beautiful

During our stay it was quite rainy outside. Due to the location of the Hotel we were a little limited with how to spend our time. So we did a day trip to Kawaguchiko. Breakfast options are limited to raw egg and rice

Located near the water, good and comfortable and was convenient for us with a car as a short one - to - two days stay near Mount Fuji

Single Japanese futons on the floor in a single large room, no doors - guess we didnt quite understand what 'traditional' japanese bedding actually meant or looked like, but it was ok.

It was very well designed rooms with lovely view of the river and very good service

The room and location but for someone who doesn’t speak Japanese can be a bit limited

Hard to get to with out getting a taxi that can be expensive

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte in questo comodo albergo giapponese. Ottima l’ accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale, Spaziose e confortevoli le stanze con in più la possibilità di poter usufruire del loro piccolo e intimo onsen. A fine giornata è stato magnifico immergersi nella vasca riscaldata e rilassarsi un po’ dopo aver trascorso giorni frenetici a Tokyo. Il giro del lago poi con la vista del monte Fuji è una vera meraviglia. La sera è stato possibile cenare il albergo. La cena era ottima. Grazie di cuore

You get what you pay for and this was merely a place to sleep so it was perfect. Great staff and on the weekend they provided complimentary dinner and breakfast which was a welcome surprise. Very clean with a lovely team.
