"New Hotel, Near many outdoor activities"

We stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is new , clean and near door to the outdoor activities like gondola, zipline, tree walk etc. The staff was very helpful especially the restaurant and Kitchen staff. We are vegetarians and while they have some vegetarian food in menu, they also went the extra mile to customize to our requirements.

Nice location, among the woods and mountains of Hanazono. Located close to all sports activities. A car is necessary to move around, it is not walkable to shops nor restaurants.

"静かで快適なホテル"

新しいホテルのため、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 ルームサービスはないですが、1階にあるレストランで客室からの事前オーダーでのテイクアウトができるため、それほど不便を感じませんでした。 小さな売店があり、飲み物やお菓子、地元のワインなども売っています。 15時チェックインでしたが、お部屋の用意が間に合っておらず1時間ほど待つことになりましたが、その間は温泉(サウナあり)に入って過ごすことができたので、のんびりと待つことができました。 HANAZONエリアは、これからホテルなども増える予定なのかな。お陰様で静かに過ごすことができました。
