Ok but can be improve , no ac in hallway , different smells

Good location. Cleanliness. Good size rooms.

Reception atmosphere , environment could be improved. Front desk needs to be modernised . Dated.

Breakfast was good

Cockroach in the room. No head shower, no conditioner as well in bathroom.

Amazing service, allowed me to check in early, friendly staff. I felt really at home due to this hotel.

The place and especially the staff was great and the only reason I gave an overall 3 star was the breakfast option was very limited.

Great, clean property. Very good service too. Just quirky that the ac flow was directly on the bed. And it leaked water every evening. But otherwise, it was a great stay and would stay again.

Beakfast at this property was minimalistic. They offered very few choices. It was unlike most other places in Surat where breakfast spread is worth appreciation.

Everything boils down to value for money. Even while everything was just satisfactory, the price charged is pretty hefty.

This property has nothing to be liked about.

2 rooms, dirty bedding, dirty bed sheets , bathrooms stink, mosquitoes, very dirty and expensive to pay for such poor services.
