"Good value and location but needs improvement in giving customers peace and quiet"

Location was really great, the staff were really good especially Dinesh who looked after us really well.

Bad smell on first night and noise from upper level almost every night someone moving furniture that’s not right disturbing customers trying to sleep

"Nice surprise in Surat"

Friendly hotel staff. The hotel is business trip standard. There was hot water, breakfast was good (western and Indian breakfast).

Music in the corridor until 10 p.m. The bathroom was not perfectly clean (hairs on the floor).

We liked the hotel excellent. There was a few small problems with toilet flush button. From cleaning staff to canteen staff and the reception staff absolutely excellent.

Noise when during the night the staff getting the rooms ready,there is lot furniture moving 😒
