The hotel reception employee asked to see my reservation on my cell phone to confirm the amount and took a photo of the reservation number with the PIN number. When I arrived at the room and looked at the reservation again, I saw that he had entered a review for me, giving the hotel a 10 rating. I saw that this type of complaint was not the first. This type of attitude is absurd, to say the least! The rating the hotel has on Booking.com does not match what the hotel actually offers. The photos presented on the website are well made up! Be careful when making a reservation! Pay attention to the comments! After I made a complaint, Booking made it possible to add a new review.
