The only positive thing is that we got to change the room for slightly less dirty when we asked. Also, location was great for us.

The hotel is filthy - the carpets are full of dust, there were plates with food and some clutter left on the corridors. The room was full of dust, the paint was falling of the wall in some places, the A/C was not working, the TV was broken. In the first room we were staying most of the lamps were broken. We have also found a cockroach in the room. There was no hot water - we asked about that several times and the hotel manager said we need to wait for a few minutes for the water to become hot which was not the case. Breakfast was awful - they can make an omlette for you which is ok but if you want a tost you need to make it yourself in the dirty toaster. Stay away from that hotel!

We did not like anything in this place. Disgusting to the core is what this place and the manager are. Anyone reading the reviews, please save yourself some trauma and money. Better to live in a cheap hostel or even on the streets with beggars than this place.

To start with, the location of the place is right on the highway with no noise protection, so you will feel like you are living on the highway. Then you will be greeted by the worst manager in the world. Government employees are nicer than this guy. He will give you weird looks, make you feel like his prisoner in hotel. And the room and hallways-- they are dirty to the core. Just the bedsheet is washed with stains of course. Everything else is in dust. Cushions are covered with hair. The hotel smells of cigarettes and dead rats. The photo on the website is fake as well. It's a very small room with 30 year old furniture and bed. Telephone doesn't work. You have to go down to ask even for a glass. Hot water doesn't come. You have to tell the manager, then it comes after 30 minutes. Shower is dirty, smelly with dirty towels. Breakfast is again so bad you don't want to eat. On asking 'give me a glass of water ' i was said breakfast is finished since you are late by 5 mins. There are no fruits. Some smelly parathas with aloo is all you get. Even if you get past the bad experience with bad room and dirty surroundings with betel nuts stains, manager makes sure you don't forget the experience. Rude to the core, unresponsive and an over-all creep. This place should be closed permanently. Rooms for 500 bucks in pahargunj will be much better than this one for 3500 that i unfortunately paid. Hope nobody else goes here. If you go, good luck.
