1. We reached at 2 pm, while the official checkin time was 12 pm, but the rooms were still not ready. We waited patiently for around 39 minutes at reception (without AC) and finally were given our rooms. 2. Breakfast was over at 9:45, had only idli and poori very sub standard (The time mentioned for breakfast in the room notice was till 10:30 and 11 am). 3. Did not replenish the breakfast and family had to be managed with limited breakfast. Shabby eating area. 4. AC display was not working, could not make out what temperature is set. 5. No tissue paper in bathroom (when asked they said they don't provide tissue papers to any room) and no soaps or other toiletries were provided. just liquid soap. 6. TV works in internet and half the time there was internet connectivity issues. 7. Bathroom ceiling had seepage and was dirty. 8. Felt really overpriced and not value for money.
