Room was clean, staff are friendly.

The breakfast received was not as described in the room brochure. For example: There were no fruits or fruit juices or eggs available as described. Complementary tea bags/coffee powder/ sugar not received. There were no staff available to assist during the breakfast. It would be great if you could replace the (Bathroom) sink taps with quality ones (to avoid touching the overflow drain hole while washing).

Very good hotel in a great location. Clean rooms with good staff.Breakfast is typical kerala dish.A special thanks to Mr. Selva for recommending nearby places to visit and arranged local transport. Swimming pool is clean.
