"Very nice hotel"

We recently stayed at itsy hotel Princ regency and had a really wonderful experience.the room were clean, fresh,and will maintained-even the bathroom were spotless and had no unpleasant smell. The staff was polite, helpful,and attentive throughout our stay.overalall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We'd definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Location of the hotel

Bedbugs present ,unable to use pillows for bedbugs, dirty linens, electrical equipment faulty, poor breakfast. We booked this hotel by looking at the pictures of booking.com but in reality it is very different. The property is not maintained, no hygiene, breakfast area is dirty, nobody cleans properly. Beds are broken not maintained properly, cockroach is present in the room. Hotel should stress on cleanliness, maintainence and hygiene, except the location of the hotel, rest all facilities are extremely poor. Please work on this .
