Check in time

Mattress was deformed and it was like a trench while sleeping. I was unable to walk and taken pain killers in the morning ( Room number 301) Bed sheet is having stains, smelling bad. Tap of the wash basin is loose and leaking. No ventilation to the room.

Accessible Location.

Bathroom was clean but really smelly. No air freshner in the Bathroom. Room got no windows hence no ventilation/sunlight. Staffs are not cooperative. I had enquired for early check in and I had got a message saying they will try their best but they dint! I was in the middle of road at 5am and had to search for another property. Bedsheets looks bad like they are not washed at all. Door locks doesn't work smoothly
