The hotel was very clean. Staffs were very cordial & polite. The food was awesome. Service was very prompt. Everything was very good. The room was absolutely comfortable, clean & very tidy.

Nothing other than the location.

Staffs are mostly unavailable to attend if you need anything after 6 PM. From the point of hygiene - Washroom is not clean, Bed sheets & covers are old and had stains. Pillows were not changed over the yrs.
