Flush wasn't working...food quality was pathetic..the staff charged me 500 extra as i checked in around 8:30

Adding a mirror in the 2nd bathroom would be better

I don't know how you rate the hotel at 8 star review. Based on booking.com star rating I booked the hotel. It's not even a hotel but apartment converted to. (Can't even name it as service apartment as it was too below thoseandards too). Bedsheets torned. Location poor. Anything ordered from kitchen will take 90 min. (Simple tea too). What they call it as breakfast included- they serve you 2 vadas and one katori of Pongal. (No tea or coffee with it).

Pathetic service. Room is size of pigeon holes. Staff are clueless. No water in room. No card payment. Very poor hygiene in and around the hotel. Worst is I asked for a tea I was told it would take 30 min. In this age of fast food delivery it’s way to much considering they have their own kitchen. I felt they are just trying avoid giving service to reduce there expense.

nothing , it was a fishy deal from boookng .com very high prices, location not easy to locate and next to stinking sewar water flow.

facility was very high priced , no proper access by car .. wifi aa poor . food and breakfast choice port and unhealthy . overall not good deal and booking .com promoting this cheating by charging higher prices which are not value for money .
