"Honestly, it was quite a disappointing experience."

The moment I entered the room, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom was in even worse condition — the shower and fittings were almost broken. Didn’t expect such poor cleanliness after paying this much. The food was average, a bit too oily and didn’t feel fresh. Had to call the staff multiple times before anything actually happened. Just fix the basic things, or people will think twice before coming back.
