"Beware – This Hotel is a Scam!"

We booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews, which now seem completely fake. Upon arrival, we were given a dirty, unclean room, and when we requested it to be cleaned, the staff flat-out refused. The worst part - after our stay, they falsely marked us as a "no-show" on Booking.com to prevent us from leaving a negative review. Now, they are fraudulently charging our card for cancellation fees, even though we paid the full amount directly at the hotel. This place is nothing but a scam—avoid at all costs!
