Friendly staff. Good hospitality and service. Clean rooms. Near the airport. Easily accessible. Good for people looking for business stays who are not looking forward to not stay in rooms for longer durations

Well the room was nice and clean with good amenity. It was great that they allowed early check in which was subject to availability.

1. I was charged ₹1500+ taxes for early check in. Where I was already paying ₹4000 plus taxes . 2. The room which was provided was near to a school and it was so noisy, so could not get proper rest after checkin 3. No complimentary water bottles and for two people there was only 1 ltr bottle . 4. They charged us for extra water though we paid extra for early checkin. 5. We requested for late check-out , which was again on chargeable basis. 6. The worst thing was that the receptionist at the time of checkout was rude and did not had a smile on her face. 7. And worst part is that when we request for the bill ,the lady denied and said will give when we come back to take out luggage, I kind a fell cheated here.. 8. Also there was only one dental kit for 2 people . Now doubt the rooms are good and clean except it needs paint touch up on the wall.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

Firstly, there is no similarity of rooms with the photos in booking.com. I believe all the photos are taken in wide angle. The rooms small. Specially the bathroom was so small and so uncomfortable. I don’t get that how this hotel has got such good reviews and stars. There is only one executive room. If you are alone it’s ok but with family it’s big no from me. Secondly, the behaviour of the employee. Oh my god!! other were tolerable but the woman in the front desk named Venessa, she just doesn’t know how to behave and deal with the guests. She was so rude and nervous as well. But the guy who stayed at night named Kishan, was very well behaved. The restaurant person was also very good. Thirdly, the location! Only good thing is the hotel is close to the airport. Otherwise everything was so far from the hotel. In a nutshell, it was a very very bad experience.
