I am Sadasivan... Was booked a tripple room on 18th April'26. The management claims the property is as 5*, but not upto the mark. The property has been well maintained. we had checked in at around 7.30 pm. No bell boys were available at reception. Ourselves to carry my baggage. The TV was not working. There was no dental kits, shaving kit, towels, chappals for all 3 guests. After constant calls to reception, finally tv technician came solved the issue. Deltal kits, chappals are given later. We found onething there, if the guest do not demands, hotel authority will not provide nessary things. They have to place experienced staff.

Location is comfortable. It’s clean and staffs were very helpful.

Value for money is missing. Room was good but AC was not functioning properly. Had to call technician at night 12 o’clock for a repair. The technician was opening the air vent and doing repair inside the room in the late hrs!! This should have been checked earlier as the rent is too high for a property like this.
