It was alright stay

Staff forgot about our bookings that were paid as part of group bookings and we had to pay anyway to check out and leave. Subsequently they checked their records and refunded the money. It wasn't a good experience.

Location, rooms were clean. Helped with an emergency

-Slow response from staff -Booked a presidential suite with 2 rooms but reveived only 1 room and key Only when asked they gave another key -Room key cards werent working and had requested to replace.

Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Hotel facilities are of 3 star standard. Roof top restaurant was poor. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke eventhough it was a non smoking room.
