There was no wifi and it was not told during check in. After check in when I ask the staff about the password he said it’s not working. I called the reception they said they some technical issue it will take 1-2 hrs max. I check in at around 10am. I tried turning on the tv it was not working I called the reception they said they will send someone, after sometime 2 staffs came and tried to fix the tv but it didn’t work. My pillow and bed sheets were very dirty and smelly, I asked the staff to change the bed sheets and pillow cover. He bought new bed sheets and pillow covers but it was still the same. I told his it is still dirty but he kep arguing that no it’s clean and finally he admitted that since it is old they marks se not going. I told him these are fresh coz it was smelling hair oil. I went down to reception to complain the manager or owner he got angry on me saying why am i a complaining, I told him wifi is not working, tv is not working room is not clean bed sheets are dirty and stinky. He said ok I will change the room. Around 4pm 1 technician came to fix the tv and after 10-15 mins of struggle he finally fix the tv but it was not recharged so again I had to wait for 2 hrs for it to work, finally around 5:30 or 6 tv was working. In the evening I complain to reception for all the problems he was like ready to fight with me, he said if u need wifi go to different hotel. There was no complimentary water bottle.

I like it was close to Railway station 200 meters.

I didn't like that the staff was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at night, although I told then at midnight don't make noise but whole night they were yelling and running on the floor. If you book this property be ready to sacrifice your sleep at night

Good sized rooms

Has a rat problem which damaged my car that costed me 5k for repairs
