I loved the room and services. Room was very neat & clean. Especially food was amazing. It was a happy experience. Staff were also cooperative and polite.

Poor meals, dirty hotel, no manners

Felt insecure, staff access your rooms when you are not there and pretend not to have the possibility to enter your room. Very unsafe place, no facility, cold water. I had to place a chair against the door while I sleep, felt so unsafe. Women not advised to stay there. Safety concerns. No humanity. Money minded personnel. Dirty rooms.

Reached indore for a big national event, crappy place has no boooking in my name , fabhotel equally useless giving reference number and zero help in such a situation.

Fab Hotel called and change the hotel in afternoon from Fab Hotel Ecostay to Fab express Royal Palace Inn ( Which doesn't have similar. I reached hotel in night around 9 where we don't get hotel since no board available and it is on narrow lane. Reception have unskilled manpower. Room is also not up to mark it is just basic with very dirtily toilet and room. I tried to contact Fab Hotel customer care but nobody pick up phone. It was nightmare for me.
