Tv not working properly after call to reception and solutions installty.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Staff were fun and helpful. The room I had was nice though a little narrow. Huge bed. It had an international power socket in the bathroom which was good.

It was very noisy. I was in the room next to the stairs, first floor, and there were parties at night in the basement that were super loud in my room. Even the guys at reception talking at night were loud. The sound travels up the stairs. Maybe staying further from the stairs and on a different level would be ok.
